Revscend Marketing offers digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to:
Website and funnel development
CRM and automation systems
Paid advertising campaigns
Analytics, reporting, and related consulting
2. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated.
3. Payments & Billing
All fees must be paid in full as specified in your selected package or agreement.
Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically each billing cycle (via Stripe).
Setup fees, where applicable, are charged once and are non-refundable.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate business information, branding assets, and account credentials as required.
Maintain active communication throughout the project or service period.
Ensure compliance with laws related to your business (including advertising regulations).
5. Intellectual Property
Content, materials, and systems we build for you remain your property once full payment is received.
Revscend Marketing retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, or software not specifically developed for your project.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, login credentials, and client data confidential.
Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Revscend Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for services within the past 3 months.
8. Termination
You may cancel services by providing written notice (minimum 30 days in advance for recurring packages).
Revscend Marketing reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of Terms, or misuse of services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
